The criteria were simple: the film had to legitimately scare us either when we first watched to the point it left some significant impact or still actually unnerves us today. And by scared, we specifically mean the type where you’re still thinking about the film after. Jumpscares are fun, and we love them, but like a funhouse ride the moment is fleeting. Jason drills down on the origin of his preoccupation with child endangerment in film. Dustin unpacks his crippling fear of all things creepy crawly.
